In Service Desk, We can take the consolidated reports for various categories with different parameters like Billable time, Spent time, Materials cost and Billable time cost
Step: Go to ServiceDesk --> Admin Panel --> Reports. We have updated the reports of Assets, Departments, Users and Agents with more parameters.
Step: For Example If you want "Users Report" Click --> Users --> Set the time period --> Select User (Entire user's report) or Select the particular User from the dropbox --> GO
Note: The above values are depends upon the every user ticket's progressing cost and time factors.
BILLABLE TIME : Total time spent for all the Tickets.(with Rounded-off time)
SPENT TIME : Total time spent for all the Tickets.(without Rounded-off time)
MATERIALS($) : Material's cost for all the Tickets.
BILLABLE TIME COST : Cost of the total billable time.
